FONET Information Technologies Human Resources works on evaluating the right human resources in the right place, at the right time, in the right position and responsibilities, with appropriate training programs in our renewed, developing and growing structure.

Selection and placement process in FONET INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES; Our vision, mission, target and corporate culture with the appropriate basic features, according to the position of the most appropriate candidates selected by the FONET Information Technology Family is to include. Employees aiming for a career at FONET Information Technologies can make their applications at ik@fonetbt.com from different sources such as career sites announced, face-to-face interviews, company employees or business partners.

All applications are recorded in the Human Resources database and examined meticulously. Although there is no open staff at the time of application, all applications are routinely reviewed and invited to interviews when necessary, and the applications of the candidates are reexamined. As a result of the searches made in the Human Resources database during the selection and placement process, it is determined whether the applicants are suitable for the required candidate profile for each position and whether they have the required features.
